I am a guy who likes music, and thinks everyone should. I've been playing music since I was six. Some six year olds cared about Yu-Gi-Oh. Others cared about trucks. I feel I was the only person who cared about music. My first instrument was the recorder, which I took very seriously until I learned to play it out of my nose, which later escalated into playing two at the same time. I now do this to make money.

I started listening to what I now consider good music when I was in the fifth grade. When I first listened to Bob Marley, I thought his music was stupid and his voice was annoying. One day I decided to listen to all of Exodus and reconsider my taste. If I didn't pick up that album, I don't know what my life would be like. After that I listened to Let it Bleed by the Rolling Stones, and I fell in love with that too. It was only a few months later until I got my first guitar.

In sixth grade, I discovered Q104.3, and realized there was more to radio than NPR. I gave it a listen and it was something I fell in love with. Good songs for free, and no RIAA busting into my house! That was where I learned to love AC/DC and Rush.

In seventh grade, I got my second guitar. It was an acoustic Ibanez. At the time, my schedule was too full for music, but I liked to be able to have some time to do so.

Eighth grade was a good time for me music-wise. I bought my bass guitar out of gift cards, and an amp from helping a lady pull her phone out of a storm drain. I was making music whenever I could. It really made up for how little music I made the year before.

Summer of 2010, I download every studio Rush album, but lose it all because my computer gets a virus. I'll just buy it all off of iTunes next time. I get my first ukulele, and feel like a real Sungha Jung. I also become a street performer, where I bring back my talent of playing two recorders out of my nose. A few weeks in, a neighbor of mine asks to play in the streets together, and we end up on the radio for the first time.
