Sitting at a table not in water my record is 4:00 minutes.In the water spear fishing my record is 2:35. my average is around 1:15 at 30 to 40 ft under.

The real Red Dog P 51 that flew in the war did not have the dog painted on it.The plane was restored in 2002 and the dog was painted on then by brush like they were done in the war so it would look authentic.When I chose this paint scheme I did not know anything about the nose art.The book only showed the left side.I liked the name and the color scheme.I went on line to see what I could find on the plane and that's when I learned about the rebuild and new additions to the paint scheme .

A motor can survive a short run with out water cooling it but the impeller might not survive it.it sucks the water up into the engine.the little stream of water coming out of the back of the motor lets you know that its still working.no stream of water = impeller not working= motor over heating.

Vary cool dive, wish I was there. Too bad you can't stay down longer.

I hate it when people taking videos can't keep the camera on the plane.A good camera man is hard to find ! I never let some one else fly my planes. If you don't trust your abilities to fly a plane like a big P51 than don't build one until you do. A flight sim would be a great idea to build your skills with out costing you your real rc plane to learn on.30 years ago everyone had to learn the hard way, like your friend just did.! Sorry for your loss and my hat is off to you for rebuilding it ;-)

Hi John; Looks like you have too much throw in the elevator. But that jet is sooooo stable it is amazing how crazy you can get with it and it will not tip stall.Love the Thunder Bird paint job!.I think it is the best scale paint job for visibility. Have fun with it! and nice touch down.

I fixed the dead stick prob by useing a glow plug with an idle bar.Before it dead sticked every time.now it never does unless it runs out of gas! Now I love the motor!

yes it is.the rounded end of the grommet is to prevent it from being driven into the wood thus causing the loss of the soft mounting.Too tight.but don't feel bad ,I use to do it too.

sorry dude but if you can climb it's flying.He has 200 lbs + thrust with those 4 jets and with a little wing you will FLY! until you run out of gas.That's what the parachute is for.

50 dollar bike and looks like 7, 000 dollars in motors. Now cool is the rocket man.!!! He uses four jet cat P-200 motors and actually flies!

Does your 95 AX like to quit in flight when you lower the throttle.What fuel and glow plug are you using?

My 95AX doesn't stay running in the air.Tried tank positions ,tuning, adding a small header tank,proper plugs(#8 #6 A3 OS#F)with each change the first run was good and successive runs all dead sticked.A guy suggested I try an idle bar glow plug(normally for little glow engines 15 to 25 size)What have i got to lose ! And I had three flights with out a dead stick.Wow, that may be the cure! I'll see next week.It will be nice to be able to fly low again! and not worry !!!

Add some fins and maybe even a small wing and nose cone .If balanced right it would fly really far.When I was a kid, 40 years ago. We bought little pump up air water rockets . They would go up to 100 feet .
