@tele1974 yes it is.the rounded end of the grommet is to prevent it from being driven into the wood thus causing the loss of the soft mounting.Too tight.but don't feel bad ,I use to do it too.

@Vodhr sorry dude but if you can climb it's flying.He has 200 lbs + thrust with those 4 jets and with a little wing you will FLY! until you run out of gas.That's what the parachute is for.

My smaller corsair is vary control sensitive with the flaps down. it is vary easy to out of shape while on final.I always gas it and go around when the rodeo starts.

I agree with the aft cg prob.The plane went in from a tip stall followed by too much up input causing the second stall to its death.Ouch! My 58" corsair uses only 1/4" up and 1/4" down.More than that and it tip stalls.Too much throw with war birds is not healthy for them.Even if the CG is good.

@polishedbrother I fixed the dead stick prob by useing a glow plug with an idle bar.Before it dead sticked every time.now it never does unless it runs out of gas! Now I love the motor!
