I just flip my head completly upside down, and usually have someone else cut straight because you can't really look up when doing it. It's really good for layers, and virtually impossible so screw up... ...

Maybe it's my ignorance speaking, but some of them don't seem real. I mean, I know they're uncontrollable, but it's hard to think that they don't really mean it when they're directing it at a specific person (i.e. "fatty!" at the fat girl).
