For the last 8 years I have been overworked, overwhelmed, and over-stressed! I ran my own Mortgage Company with two offices from home. What most would believe to be the ideal situation for a Mom was far from it. I found myself working 10 to 14 hours a day for the almighty 6 figure income! I jumped through hoops, shuffled papers, sent emails and faxes, and ran enough projections and pipeline reports to last a lifetime!! The business I thought I owned, in reality, owned ME.

But the thing that really broke my heart was my 3 little girls saw the back of my office door more than they saw my face. I was home but I was NOT there for them.

Now I work 4 to 5 flexible hours a week and earning a multiple 6 figure income and I'm absolute present in my children's life.
