Live Canon perform poetry in the English language, live on stage. This Autumn they created a series of performances for Greenwich Theatre, including 'Metaphysicals', 'Romantics' and 'War Poetry'. Each performance also featured the world premiere of two new musical settings of poems, commissioned by Live Canon. Next season, Live Canon will be back at Greenwich Theatre with three new programmes of work, and will be touring the project to other theatres around the UK. Live Canon will continue to commission new music and build their repertoire of work, whilst also building a video library of performances of poems which will be accessible from this site.
