Umm guys when you refer to pain you are usually talking about the Deva path... The only reason Naruto won was because he surprised Nagato and he overwhelmed the Deva path while Nagato was sick... Naruto and technically no one in the anime will ever be able to beat Nagato as he pretty much is a go...
