Right now for eye makeup remover, I'm enjoying the Clean & Clear soothing eye makeup remover.. It says oil free. But it's one of those you have to shake to activate, It's even safe for contact wearers. It's removed any waterproof eyemakeup I've ever used...Seems great :D
