What are the chances that you could be inspired to do something based upon the accomplishments of others?
If the biblical god existed, wouldn't vampires also exist? If god's love was like that of the bible, wouldn't infanticide be acceptable to you? If you believe in god, how could you love anything that you are not willing to sacrifice, since sacrifice is the foundation of godly acceptance?
