the high note ending on I'm Not That Girl adds like a new emotion to the song. Instead of it being a solemn moment of realisation for Elphaba, who accepts that she won't be with Fiyero. It could be a cry of anguish, or even anger that she won't be with him. but maybe I'm reading into it too much....

She has like an old school jazzy/theatre tone to her voice. If she NEVER does a musical theatre song during her career I will be PRESSED.

I love this. She sounds emotionally exhausted by what has happened to her. the vocal acting is so strong and appropriate.

@commonman80 bear in mind that this WASN'T for an official production of funny girl, it was for the actors benefit fund, so she probably would've been cast BECAUSE she is Lillias White, and she would probably have been told to perform it more as Lillias, as opposed to as Fanny Brice.

She probably didn't get the role of eponine, because her belt wasn't strong enough for Eponine. Cosette suits her better vocally, because she does have a pretty nice and extensive head voice.
