This is by far the best example of drills for any level and the execution of drills were great by the players. I do a variations of each drill seen and I was thrilled to see another ciach with the skill set and imagination to create proper technique drills for RB's! Excellent!

Not much of a coach quite demeaning actually...there is much more to positivity and encouragement then giving a hand pound! How about exploding and finishing the drill to a cone witha hard 5yds? Suspect I think I am gonna tell his girlfriend!

These r okay drills...good for youth football and a spring football for High School. RUnning Back is a state of mind and heart it doesn't matter size or how black you are but speed...well speed and quickness helps a lot!
