i dont really understand the question
no, it's just an IDE and there is alot of IDE, RadAsm etc... i just use WinAsm because i have the practice with it
i dont really like others asm IDE
i'm not a asm master, but when you know it, that become so easy to understand why you have a problem, next day my firefox have crashed du to a register problem (error with eax, not pushed... that make a memory violation when you use an API after), i've fixed the code myself in a debuger
assembler have changed my vision about computers.
