Hey! the names Nikki, and i live in Nor Cal with my awesome dog, Lilo the border collie, and Elle the australian shepherd. I use ths channel to keep track of our progress in tricks and agility, and just fun videos of our life. =) it seems this channel is starting turn mainly into agility, as thats what we are focusing on, but you''ll also be seeing some flyball and tricks as we learn new ones =)) enjoy!

Border Collie Info: Border Collies are a very high energy breed, they need physical AND mental stimulation EVERYDAY, so they are Not for everyone. (ex. I have read in a book that they can run up to 25 miles, and that is just a warm up...and man do i believe it) border collies are in the hearding breed catagory, and are the number 1 smartest dogs in the wold. They tend to become upsest with things, ex. Balls and Frisbees... This is not a breed that can be saticfide with a simple 1 hr walk a day, or be cooped up in a yard all day, if they get bord...... THEY WILL FIND SOMETHING TO DO... and it usually is not something good...
But if you have the time and are willing to put forth the effort to keep them stimulated then Border Collies are thee best dogs to own...you will get alot of joy out of your Border Collie if there needs are met..=)

Australian Shepherds are a lot like BC's but a lot less intense, they have more of an off switch then border collies. but dont be mislead, they CAN be just as insain as a BC.
either way, your ganna have a lot of fun with an Aussie. =))

*UPDATE* Due to unexpected circumstances I had no other choice then to find Elle a new home. I couldn't be happier thought with home I found for her. She is now the only dog, has a kitty roommate and she LOVES her new daddy, Kevin. I get regular updates, and get to go see her still. I'll post a video when I get to see my smelle elle dog for ya all to see =)
