Who am I? I'm someone who believes it's either as our pledge says, JUSTICE for ALL, or it's nothing at all. I believe, it's not a male crime, female crime, black or white crime, it's a crime. Just as freedom should be, that crime gets the same punishment equally for all. I'm a firm believer in Christ, like Christ I hate hypocrites and seek expose them to get to the truth.
I was born in the USA at a time when freedom of speach was welcomed. Today it seems that it's controled by extreamist's who want to silence the opinions or views of others who are opposed to their own. It's those who oppose our freedom of speach who have been brain washed leading them into a blind march for those with agendas.
They have idea how serious or dangerous some those ideas are for them selves in which they support. That's because they don't researh facts which oppose the very persons who push them. Getting back to a crime is a crime. If it's to be an exception for anyone it's exception for all. The word DOUBLE STANDARD, it's only a word designed not to hurt feelings. Let's forget about the word correct word is HYPOCRITE.
To date I have no children, though I am someone who loves children and I believe they should be loved. When I hear of children murdered I take it very personal and I believe the poloticians, media and the law have tried to over shadow murder with crimes that are completely petty compared to murder. Murder is by far the worst crime ever committed no matter what brain washers want us to believe.
I once knew of a young beautiful girl who lived near us. I had serviced her car one day while at the dealership where I'd worked. What I remembered about her so well was her beautiful smile and how she loved that car. I'd spent extra time that day on her car getting it ready adding many un-paid extras to make it look extra special so I could get one more glimpse of that beautiful smile when she came to pick up her car. Two years later in 1986 in the news I saw her one more time. But it wasn't the way I wanted to see her. She had been kidnapped and murdered. Her body was never found. Her name was Shelly Sikes. Also my nephew who I was real close to was murdered 14 years ago 1994 at the age of 17. I myself was a victom of kidnapping more than 4 times in my life, once around age 7 then at age 16, and twice at age 18. Each time I was put in that position even at the age of 7, I didn't know at the time if I would live or die. If or when you are ever put in that position you need to give the victimizer every reason not to kill you giving everything you've got. Without going to deep into my own experience, I've paid a lot of attention to the subject. I've often aksed myself do laws desighed to send criminals a message about children unfortunatly cause criminals to send one back noone wants to hear in the form a dead or forever missing child?
Are predator laws leading to the opposite of what they are designed to do, causing more harm than good? Remeber I said if you're ever put in such a positon you need everything you have to throw at the criminal kidnapper to get out of it? I use want children of my own, but I'm not so sure anymore because if a child comes up missing they seem to become evidence to the criminal who took them. Then you have to ask yourself what chance would they stand with a criminal who was so bold to kidnapp them in the first place when the cirminal knows what they'll face if they return the child?
Me and my neice got into a heated argument when she stayed at our house. Her kids were taken away 4 or 5 years ago. I use to feel for her until one day when Nattle McCan came on the news. My neice said she'd rather her kids die than to be molested or mistreated. What would you do? Get them back what ever it took, right? Anyway from that point on I no loger supported her in getting her children back. They were adopted last year. If you are the type of person such as my neice then there's no hope.
Sex laws aren't doing anything for children other than making them disapear while putting totally innocent men or men who had or would have no real sexual contact with children or minors what so ever in jail for most of their lives. Hardcore sex offenders know it and it may very well be leading children to an early death should they get kidnapped. It also make me beg the question why do the laws only apply to men? Why are women getting away with having sex with minors while at the same time men are arrested for talking about it online over a computer or viewing pictures? Then men are sent to prison for most of their lives. Criminals like Joeseph P Smith and Alegandro Avila must have known it. Given what we know, was their crimes related more to retaliation against the system?
It's a serious debate.
