In regards to the question about Mantra. It can and should be practiced in a variety of ways, but for the purpose of inter-dimensional travel, it is best practiced while looking at your spot of one pointed meditation. Tai-chi seems very good, I'm not really familiar with it personally. I suggest practicing all aspects of Yoga, just be cautious when practicing Asana, the physical poses, and make sure to use pose variations appropriate for your level of health and flexibility. I think the word portal is kind of broad so I can't really comment on someone elses definition without more info. Indeed, I hope to meet you soon as well, the time is coming. I will do an update and go into more depth on dream journals when I get a chance. Thanks again for the questions and suggestions. Namaste.

First I want to answer your question about monogamy. The best way to understand this is to look at the first humans, they had no knowledge of paternity, meaning they did not understand the connection between sex and reproduction, so the children were simply 'the children', and there was no monogamy. When paternity was eventually realized, that introduced the concept of 'my child', the first piece of duality, from that came 'my women' and then, 'my land', 'my tools' ,'my food', etc..., and that was the end of the human utopia and the beginning of duality. These characteristics of duality are not the natural way, they can be transcended once again. This is not likely in the near human future though, so its nothing to be concerned about at the moment.

I will begin by choosing a mantra and finding my point. Should I be repeating the mantra with my eyes open or closed? Eyes open and focused on point? I will start there. Also, when you talk about monogamy not being for advanced beings, what do you mean? I am married with children. I am in a monogamist relationship that is open to other methods. Do you have any more info or opinions as to the nature of your idea of non-monogamy? Is there any practice that you would recommend looking into such as tai-chi? I was recently thinking about the portals, mentioned in other sources of information, as body zapper life trappers. I have some friends that are savvy in some ancient civilization spirituality and they have mentioned travelling through natural portals and communicating with higher powers; I have been skeptical, but interested.
