I am a freelance filmmaker and photographer living in the Seattle area. I am currently developing a documentary project about the Russians in Hooper Bay Alaska. Neva Rivers will be a primary source of this piece utilizing oral histories, genetic and linguistic clues to discern the extent of their involvement in the Hooper Bay.
