1500 calories a week???? Are you serious? that should be a day!. anything less would be extremely damaging to your health - your body WILL go into starvation recovery mode. Why anyone should tell you any different is beyond my comprehension. Maybe they have a food phobia and wish to bring you into their fold. Either way it is not healthy.
