I'm from the US and I love the original UK version much better. Couldn't even finish the first episode of the US version it was so messed up.

Well, I will give the maker props for messing up the video. Ghosts are supposed to generate electromagnetic fields that interfere with electronic devices. That said the 'ghost' looked like someone off camera with a flashlight. Still, the opening is good and has good attention to detail. :)

@Clevelandmarko No kidding I saw that show on SyFy once and all I saw was a group of people, filming in night vision, standing around shouting 'what's that' while acting freaked out and pointing off camera. It's all suggestion.

@MrXclio It's not like Buffy at all. It's much, much darker, way more grown up and it's about the non-humans trying to blend into human society (well the main cast anyway). It's way better than Buffy ever was and this is coming from someone who watched the series when it was on and in reruns of...

Loved this show since it first aired on BBC America (avoid the US version, couldn't even get through the first episode). I hate that they killed off three fourths of the cast but hopefully the new characters will be good. It won't be the same but hopefully it will be good on its own. Just hop...

If I'm not mistaken there were a lot of Doomsday clones going around for awhile they were much, much weaker than the original
