We here at the Center for Human Studies have concluded through meticulous scientific research and with 98.99% certainty that most liberals are mentally defective. While this is in part due to unavoidable genetic traits passed down from parents, there is a conditioning that actually turns a liberal into a full-blown Liberal Moron. As one of these even rarer few, it is important to present a special award to these endangered species. It is a humanitarian effort to encourage Liberal Morons to actually think about issues for a change, rather than instinct and knee-jerk reactions.
