Green Street is a 2005 British/American independent drama film about football hooliganism in England. It was directed by Lexi Alexander and stars Elijah Wood and Charlie Hunnam. In the United States and Australia, the film is called Green Street Hooligans, while in the United Kingdom it has the title Green Street after initially being called Hooligans. In other countries, it is called Football Hooligans or just Hooligans. In the film, an American college student (Matt Buckner — played by Elijah Wood) falls in with a violent West Ham football firm (the Green Street Elite) run by his brother-in-law and is morally transformed by their commitment to each other. The story and screenplay were developed by former hooligan turned author Dougie Brimson.

In todays Episode we are going to show you how to build lean muscle in your back faster than you ever thought possible. I have received a bunch of emails asking how to get that desired v-shaped back so I wanted to make a video showing you the exact back workout I do for my ripped v-shaped back.
When you build your back properly the rest of your body will look bigger too! These power lifts I incorporate into this routine will help you develop your upper and lower back.
A lot of people get confused how to properly build your back. People spend years trying to build a strong ripped back. Many give up... because its REALLY hard, but I am going to show you a really effective way to build your back that takes about 5 minutes and will get your back ripped up FAST!
Here's how it works:
T-BAR ROWS 0:43
4-5 sets of 12. Just grab a regular bench bar and stick in in a corner of whatever room you are working out in. Wrap a t-bar around the bar and simply pull the bar to your chest. Make sure you aren't jerking the weight up, just stay slow and deliberate with your motion and you will feel the burn!
Dead lifts: 3:17
4-5 sets. This is a common power lift I know many of you have seen me do before. However its effectiveness in building muscle on your back is unmatched. Make sure your feet stay planted and your back stays straight. Do a weight where you are working really hard to get up your last rep of every set.
Pull overs: 4:17
Position your body parallel to the bench stabilizing your shoulder blades on the width end. Start with a barbell raised above the center of your chest. As you move the barbell back behind your head try to keep your back flat and parallel to the floor. When you bring the barbell back to the starting position remember to exhale and feel your chest and triceps flex.

In this episode of Insane Home Fat Loss, Sanela brings us a great routine that combines toning for the core and legs with some good ole fashioned cardio to hep work the legs even more. I was skeptical at first but I must admit, this is an amazing workout for your core and legs and like all of our workouts, it doesn't require any equipment at all!
This will help tremendously with balance and stamina.
Let's put it all together:
3 LEGGED DOG::10 REPS:: Get in the plank position. Raise your butt up so that your head is facing down. Raise and extend your right leg, bring this leg down and up to touch your chin. Then re-extend the leg back out and come back to the plank position. From there bring that same leg up to meet your elbow. Repeat until you reach 10 reps.
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS:: 50 REPS (each leg equals one rep):: The mountain climber calisthenics exercise conditions your entire body and is excellent for developing foot and leg muscles. Start in the basic push-up position with your arms in line with your chest and your legs extended outward. Get up on the balls of your feet. Bring each leg forward, one at a time. Make sure that you keep the non-moving leg bent as you bring the other forward.
Once you finish this cycle once repeat it 3 more times for a total of 4 cycles.
And that's it y'all! Try it out, I think it will be a great way for you to get the lean and toned lower body you want. This is a great way for girls to get the toned legs and butt you'll love to show off in shorts or skirts...and for guys to get the strong, lean legs women love.
