FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
How do you make the Lego figures move without using your hands?
- Aside from our Jedi Mind-Tricks, we use an illusion called Stop Motion Animation. Stop Motion is created when you take a photo of something, move the object, take another photo, move the object, take another photo and so on, and group the photos together so it creates a video, and the object looks like its moving! It's a very easy trick.
What program do you use to capture your videos?
- We use a program called 'Anasazi Stop Motion Animator' (http://tinyurl.com/cw6gzu or Google it) to capture our footage.
What program do you use to edit your film?
- To edit individual photos, we use Corel Photo-Paint where we can grab individual photos, edit them, and put them back in the video!
We then use Windows Movie Maker (Available on most PCs) to put together our videos as well as add titles, subtitles and such.
Where do you get your sound effects?
- We have a couple of sound effects cds in which we have saved all the .wmv files to our computer which we use. We get others from http://grsites.com/sounds
We use them a lot too.
What kind of camera do you use?
- We use a Creative Live! Webcam to capture our videos.
How do you get the pictures above your channel and beside your videos?
- Those pictures we created, but are only available for upload to those who are part of the YouTube Partnership Program.
How can I become a YouTube partner?
- You can apply at http://www.youtube.com/partner They are looking for people who have lots of views, add videos often and create videos of high quality! They don't accept everyone so good luck!
Sub4Sub?
- We never exchange subscriptions. If we enjoy your videos we will subscribe, but never to just anyone.
