Legal Hair is a full service day spa located in Steubenville Ohio. Voted as Redken's Educational Salon of the year in 2004,we take pride in the extensive amount of education we complete each year. We carry Redken, Brocato, Sexy Hair Concepts, H20, Nioxin, Opi, and Nude. Amoung all of our stylists, we house 2 certified Great Lengths Hair Extensionists, 4 American Board Certified Hair Colorists, 8 certified carribean Dreams Wave Masters and 3 massage therapists.
