And 26 and thanks to parents of some of my best childhood friends, this is probably my favorite "classic rock" band.

Quite literally decades ahead of their time.

You need to adjust your power settings. (goto the Start Menu and Search: power settings)

When you unplug the laptop it automatically throttles down the performance in order to save battery life. You can configure these settings manually though.

Keep in mind these processors have a "turbo boost" built in. In my opinion the best value is the 2.2GHz upgrade. With the Intel Turbo Boost you'll frequently be running @ and effective 3.0GHz on one of these machines.

Unfortunately fast food often comes down to the specific restaurant you're at.

Some McDonald's are fantastic....while at other's you're sure to get hour old burgers that were sloppily thrown together.

Also this is one of the things that makes stringed instruments so unique -- the PHYSICAL requirement of playing. No two people will strike/pluck/strum the strings exactly the same; the way YOU do is your "playing style."

@zammit666 I can only assume it eases the tuning of the guiar by requiring less string stretching.

You can see the low E string is about normal, and the strings get shorter from there.

I'm guessing the shorter higher strings mean less tension is required to tune then up/down... therefore minimi...
