YellaBoy & L che -- is a unique rap-duo of a new generation that has mixed both Florida's and Tennessee's style of hip hop together to create a new trend. With L Che's ability to rap in 4 languages (English, Spanish, Italian, & some Japanese), they can reach a larger crowd. Their genre is dirty south hip hop mixed with popular elements.

L Che is also known as Jovan (An Argentine American artist). Born in Los Angeles, CA, raised in both Rosario, Argentina and Orlando, Fl. His interest in hip hop began with a cd "Black Sunday" by Cypress Hill and a mixtape of Tupac.In Argentina at the age of 12, he started writing lyrics in Spanish /Italian and then shortly after moved to Florida and converted his lyrics to a mixture of English / Spanish / Italian. There isn't many Argentine hip hop artists out there, so he knew he would stand out. In 2007, he was contacted by Rapper J Money and Trendsetter at separate occasions for a possible collaborations for there mixtape. So he made his decision to turn his hobby into a career.

YellaBoy was born in Mississippi then later moved to Memphis, Tn. . His Inspirations for his music came from the legendary king of pop, Michael Jackson and NWA. He first started writing his lyrics when he was 13 years old then 3 years later starting rapping and recording songs. His first performance was at a local talent show in Mississippi. YellaBoy collaborated with Soulja Boy before he became mainstream and also appeared in one of his music videos. Once Soulja Boy became famous, he then decided to start his own career into music.

Both L Che and YellaBoy recorded tracks in collaboration with many different artists and started working with one another in 2009. There first song together "Fitted" is about style, how things fit for you. For example your car being fitted, your girlfriend being fitted, your clothes being fitted, your shoes being fitted, basically anything that is hot is fitted. A radio station out in Long Beach, CA found them called DnBS Records Radio on Live365.com, they started playing there songs and received a large response. They then decided to become a group instead of rapping individually.

Right now, they are currently releasing a new cd called "Street Swagg". There new hit songs are "I Got A Upgrade", "Talk Money", and "I'm Cold". L Che and YellaBoy have a performance coming up at "The Zodiac" in Toledo, OH November 6th 2010 and also attended the "Put Me On" music workshop in Toledo, OH. They opened for Lil Wyte Sept 28th 2010 at Toledo's "Mainstreet Bar & Grill". They are currently being played on a radio station in Toledo, OH known as 107.3 The Juice. They have been distributing songs amongst the popular radio stations and internet stations. L Che and YellaBoy write there own lyrics, produce, master, and self-promote there own music. The creator of Raparazzitv.com has stated that there new song "I Got a Upgrade" is a banger track" and has became a fan.
