Sorry to all of the subscribers to my videos. Some jerk out there flagged one of my videos and it was removed from youtube supposedly for copyright violations. Evidently.. people aren't allowed to get creative with still pictures of bands or using their old songs with them to make a slideshow. No actual videos either. Seems to me if the bands we go to see didn't want their pictures all over the world wide web.. they wouldn't allow cameras into their concerts. Any band or concert that allows cameras should realize people are going to share them with their friends online... one way or another. If a band or a comedian allows cameras.. seems to me they are giving their permission for use because they allowed us to take the pictures in the first place! Attaching one of their songs to the creation.. in my book.. isn't a violation of copyright materials. It's not like anyone can suck it off of youtube and create a CD with it that's going to play in their car stereo or mp3 player. No one wants to buy the stuff. It's not for commercial use. It's not for sale. It's just sharing a good time with music to make the slideshow more entertaining. I had 26 videos out there and I removed all but 11 of them because they were all still pics of bands with music attached. Videos I created myself with still pictures I took at their concerts. I paid to see those shows.. so as far as I was concerned.. I paid for the pictures I was allowed to take and should be able to use them as long as I'm not using them for anything offensive toward the bands. Pictures of Lorreta Lynn's old home in Butch Holler was also removed.. cause I used her Coal Miner's Daughter song with them. So be it.. altho I think it's totally unfair. All you have to do is type in just about any band you can think of and something will come up on youtube.. from slideshows to actual live concerts people have taken or stolen from TV specials. Most concerts allow stills but not actual videos.. and I honestly don't know why.. cause every time i have taken video it comes out crappy. Bad lighting.. too far away.. people walking in front of the camera.. etc. It's not like anyone would buy that stuff either!!! I can see not allowing high quality cameras into a concert.. like TV stations use... but simple small cameras don't acutally make that great of a video that might be worth money to anyone. I think it would be different if the stuff we put out there for people to enjoy or laff at was being sold.. but it's not. I had no choice but to remove the videos of my slideshows or risk losing my youtube account. This sucks big time!!

Fas as I go.. Not much to tell.. Mother of 1 girl and 2 boys. All grown up. I love redneck jokes and hillbilly living. Those Blue Coller Boys.. and their great sense of humor. If you can't laff in a day.. life's too serious!! lol Besides.. who else can be so creative with duct tape? Hahahaha!

I love to travel. Don't get to do much of that with the cost of gas these days. I did manage to get down the road a few times in the last 3 years tho. If I could afford it, I'd drive to every state in the continental USA and see all I could find and take pics of almost all of it! Country music is my thing. If yur ridin with me.. yur riding with Tim McGraw! lol I love Harleys.. never could afford one tho.. Maybe someday when I win the lottery.. huh? lol
