That's a lot of meds lashbear. Try eating whole, organic vegan food for three months, and visit a Naturopathic Doctor. There's no need to be on those meds if you switch up your diet. Also, read my book: http://www.thenaturalguide.com

I'm on meds for Acid reflux, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, and heart problems - Boy am I realising what a change I need to make with my diet,. I love the Raw food recipes, and am trying to change over more each day.

I had planned on doing an acid reflux video with an ND, but right now I'm not doing anymore ND videos for a while. thank you for asking. With that said, one way to reduce acid reflux is to eat an all vegetarian diet.
