@amigoprovocante Thank you for the comment ! If you are watching the videos in English, the temperatures are given in Farenheit. In french, they are in Celsius.

Dear Chef Pierre. You are the best teacher I have come across for an amateur enthusiast like me. However, I believe when you speak of the temperature you are referring to F and not C ?

Simple explanation, straight to the point, he's a great teacher who's genuinely interested in passing on his knowledge. Thank you so much.
One thing though i think the latest video shot DSLR are not up to the standard, too much out of focus shoots.
