I noticed you were flat on most parts. Not really sharp, but more flat and it seemed like some of you were trying to push out the sound rather than let it flow. I would say... drop your shoulders, try to relax, close your eyes, and just.. sing like you don't care who is watching. :]

To be perfectly honest, I think you needed to sound a little... nastier and pull your voice/breath further into the... back of your throat, if that makes any sense. More chest voice, less head voice.
