@tink0026 The enzyme for digesting milk is lactase and EVEN CALVES do not have enough lactase. There IS lactase in milk until it is pasteurized. Drinking raw, grassfed milk is something pretty much everyone can enjoy and it does have huge benefits. See realmilk.com for more info.
