I had Weight Loss Surgery (Gastric Bypass) November 28th, 2006.
I was slowly dying and more tired of living than anything else.
I have lost over 230 lbs (16.5 stone!) since that time.
I have found that this journey is NOT to be taken alone. I needed you-so I reached out in videos to share what I was going through.
You know what? It was JUST what I needed. I do believe I will keep on sharing.
Thank YOU for everything-for watching all these steps I have made. All the laughing, crying, imperfect humanity of it all.
