Lawrence Gray is a screenwriter who lives in Hong Kong. He has written TV shows for the UK, notably episodes of The Bill, Yellowthread Street, and Medics. He won the PAWS award for Drama and in 2006 he won the Hong Kong Asia Film Finance Forums award for "Best Hong Kong Film Project of the year." In 2007 he wrote "Lifeline" for Channel 5 in Singapore and his movie "Fat Englishmen" is in production in Hollywood. He is the founder and chairman of the Hong Kong Writers' Circle and Creative Director of Idol Films Ltd.
