About this user

Little Valley Animal Shelter is owned by the Exeter, East & West Devon Branch of the RSPCA and is situated on the outskirts of Exeter surrounded by 21 acres of unspoiled countryside. The Shelter was built in July 1991 to care for unwanted, abandoned and cruelly treated animals. It can accommodate dogs, cats, horses, goats and a variety of domestic animals such as rabbits, rodents and aviary birds. It also has a rehabilitation unit for orphaned or injured hedgehogs.

The work of the Shelter is administered by a committee of volunteer trustees of the Branch, which is independent from the national RSPCA. We aim to help the less fortunate animals of Exeter, East & West Devon and rely on donations and fundraising events to finance the running costs of £9,000 per week.
