LVAOMEGA came from a mix of numberplates from one of his most favourite games. (San Andreas)

LVA4L: Stands for Los Varrio Aztecas 4 Life. A gang in San Andreas, this numberplate was found on Cesar's car.

OMEGA, a government agency car. Taken from Mike Toreno's car. Both numberplates were mixed together to form LVAOmega! :D!
