i need as much advice as i can get i am a coxswain for a highschool in virginia and i am trying to get to cox in the stotesbury cup reggatta in philidelphia but i need to make varsity first my first questions are 1. what is the best start piece that u have had 2. what are some good motivation phrases i could use 3. i dont know many terms for the races themselves like ive heard "send" yelled in alot of videos anwser these 3 questions and you would have helped me acomplish one of my dreams thanks
