and you can also do it for the Icon but the Width has to be 800 and the Height has to be 800 as well :)

sure thing ~ go to Pixlr.com and Open photo editor then Create a new image (Width 2100 and Height 2100).
Open an image that you want for the background (it has to be from Nicole's Lps Blog or the other images will be to small)
Using the Marquee tool put a box around the image
Select the Move tool and drag the image to the blank 'new image'
On the Layers select background and to change the colour go to Gradient tool
To colour in the remaining background which is still white click on layer 1 and then Wand tool click on the white area.
Select Erase tool and round brush 200 and brush over white area
and save it.
