(WOW! That was definitely the longest, most comma-crammed, run-on sentence of all TIME- but, since time doesn't actually exist, then it really doesn't matter now, does it?? Although, if I do say so myself-- GO ME for being a writer AND grammatically incorrect! Yes, yes!! There are no rules, ladies and gentlemen. There are no rules!)
My belief system in an oyster-shell--
We are RADIANT, DIVINE Beings having a human experience.
As Einstein said, "Everything is an illusion." Our True Essence is beyond what meets the eye, void of past and future, only recognizable & open to discovery in the Brilliant Stillness of the Present Moment, which is really all that there is.
Since worrying is praying for what you don't want and ultimately worry comes from either dwelling on the past or playing mental tape after mental tape of negative future fantasies (that 99.999% of the time never come true), why not get real and REALIZE that worry is the ego's trick, extinguishing radiance & vitality, leading to unsustainable thinking and mediocrity.
After endless reflection:
I discovered that who I AM has NOTHING to do with my thoughts, emotions, or physical body. The Truth of who I AM, which lives in the wise chambers of my Unconditional Heart- the life-affirming ashram that connects us All- guided me to Presence.
But, again, let's get real! Presence is not about chasing the light. WE ARE THE LIGHT! We don't need to chase it. Presence is purely and simply about shining our LIGHT (a.k.a. loving attention) on everything we come into contact with (mentally, emotionally, and physically)... that includes the dark, or easier understood, the places inside that hurt.
There is nothing to fix. There is simply an invitation to LOVE more fully and without conditions and agendas. Our egos are not the enemy. They are simply like wounded children hungry for love & tending. With that said, would you put a 6 year old behind the wheel of your car??? Exactly! So, why would you let your ego drive the vehicle of your life? Once I realized I had a CHOICE and could actually choose to put my True, Radiant Self in the driver's seat, everything changed- limits dissolved, coloring outside the lines went from scary and taboo to fun and encouraged (Weeeee), and, here's the climax- you ready?? YOU SURE YOU'RE READY??? Indeed, you are- otherwise, you wouldn't have attracted this channel: Oneness between all humanity, ALL LIFE, became the most clear, obvious, natural, next step in our evolution.
As Gandhi said, "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
Once I realized that Oneness was the key to this enigma called life, I knew I had to start within. That is when I began loving/learning about myself (all of me) giving a voice to all of my emotions and thoughts in service to my own Inner-Oneness/Integration . I call this 'Medicinal Dialogue' (stay tuned as I will be offering some videos on this, not to mention a book, as it has been my most direct and efficient tool in guiding my clients along their radiant, healing paths, as well as my own, ever-evolving personal liberation).
You see, so many of the lightworkers are afraid to face darkness. The way I see it, pain is really latent power/love waiting to be freed. But, we cannot unleash it by running away or shaming it. We are all human. We all face our struggles. So, why are we so afraid of sharing our vulnerabilities with each other, not to mention ourselves?
It is because we were raised with right and wrong, good and bad- another words, duality consciousness (unconsciousness). We were told that parts of us were worthy & other parts we should be ashamed of.
Bottom line: When we choose to courageously (with our heart's spotlight) face our deepest wounds with the intention to heal, the same loving intelligence that heals a knee scrape also heals the inner wounds.
As Max Ehrmann said, "... the universe is unfolding as it should." So, let's TRUST LIFE & share AUTHENTICALLY! There is so much BEAUTY in the world if we choose to see it (out there) & REVEAL it (from within).
The Goodness has only just begun... welcome to my channel.
