My name is Grant Fitzgerald. I am from Owatonna Minnesota. I have been training parkour since April of 2007 which means I have been training for over 4 years. My heaviest training is from end of May until winter. Then I train lightly during the winter. You can watch some of my videos from Facing the Ice to see what I do during the winter.
