About LM Personal Training
I am a Personal Trainer in England and a bit of a joker so don't be alarmed if I try to be funny with my videos. Anyway...training...it's my life and what I do...I want to excel in all areas of fitness except swimming!!!! Currently I can run a 37 minute 10k and bench press 112 kgs. I weigh 76 kilos and I am more noted for my body resistance exercises like pull ups. I have many years left to hone my overall fitness but I believe my foundation is the best start to the long road ahead. I also used to be in the Army as an airborne warrior.
