I was X-128 Special Ceremonial Drill Team (Aug/Sep 1988) and we used M1 Garands with bayonets. Watching this is boring compared to the movements that we did. I think they need a better drill instructor. QM1 Evans was the CC and QM2 Erickson was the Asst. CC/Drill Master. He knew his stuff.

Try PDX1 or Extreme Shock. The frangible Extreme Shocks are great.
