A lot of Xiaoyu links dont look like they should be able to fully connect but they do, is it that her moves simply do more hitstun then most or is it just SFxT has more lenient combo system in general.

Mitsuko was always my favourite from the movie, didn't care for her portrayal in the manga though (way too slutty).
I dont know much about the Hunger Games but if there a girl just as delightfully psychotic yet heartbreakingly tragic as Mitsuko in it Im sold.
