Martial Arts in general, but mainly Chinese internal arts. Taijiquan & Qigong are my gratest passion, and also meditation and 5 Tibetan Rites... Different healing modalities... TCM, osteopathy, massage, energy-healing therapies (Reiki, Pranic-healing, channelling, shamanism...), CranioSacral therapy... just to mention a few. :) Cooking and enjoying good food (Chinese, Sushi, Thai, Indian, Tortillas...). The unexplained, like paranormal stuff has always intrigued me. I'm not religious, but into spiritual growth; Cultivation of Body, Mind & Spirit. Becoming my true Self, and enjoying life to the fullest during my transformational path! Learning, Loving, and Living in the NOW! :)
