LAco (LA Collective) is a group of skilled improvisers who meet on a bi-weekly basis to discover new ways of pushing themselves and the art of performance. The goal is to abolish hierarchy and strengthen the risk tolerance needed to remain in the most present state of being. Music, dance, art, theater, video and engineering are brought together by LAco's founder and facilitator, Ellen Burr. LAco was started in 2010.
