Its a pity people are so dense and image conscious that they can't get past the Seiko name. I wanted a Rolex Sub C since it came out but after seeing the Seiko Spring Drive, its no competition.

I'm sad at how much these are skyrocketing in prices :(. I remember seeing used one for sale in great condition for ~$1,400 less than a year ago and that was a bit overpriced at the time.

I do this all the time, you can never be too old to recite and replay dumb and dumber scenes. My gf doesn't get what I'm doing either, but it makes me happy so I do it anyways.

@aldraw You sir, are totally correct. And the minute marks that are usually seen from 1-15 or 1-20 minutes are to more accurately time rest stops on the way up to decompress at different depths. Real professional watches should have minute hash marks around the entire bezel though.

I received this watch a few days ago and wow what watch, far exceeded my expectations (and I've owned several Seikos, Breitlings, Omegas, etc.). It's now hard to find since it's sadly been discontinued. I have the Ti version with Blue Dial on its way also which I hear is even better.

@MrVmk haha wow I just noticed this too. I heard more than one instance of this. Saw another one with two "55" markers on it. Hamilton is a mass producer so some slip through quality control apparently.
