I'm not quite following some of these comments. I hope my students focus on the most difficult battle they fight. The battle of self. Learn from others and be courteous. Kindness is not weakness. I feel sorry for those that demean others regardless of the reason. That's not what Sosai taught.

His internal dynamics are truly amazing. Is this kata taught only with nogare breathing or is ibuki used, too? In Kyokushin as karateka age they tell us to leave the ibuki breathing to the young.
