Target shooting (handgun and rifle), riding my bike, and of course hanging out with my girlfriend, four cats, and the two dogs. I like to spend some of my off time doing some good old fashioned volunteering. I volunteer with the local Humane Society, and at the local Democrat HQ!
Movies:
Being a Marine I love war movies. Some of my favorites are Glory, Lord of War, and Windtalkers. Good Disney movies are never ruled out, as well as the comedies. Saw Milk and it was amazing! As far as shows go I love to watch Rachel Maddow on MSNBC, and Keith Olbermann! Thats right I am a Liberal. Oh,love The L Word, and Dexter too!

All kinds except for classical!!
Books:
Harry Potter series, some of Steven King, as well as anything to do with gay history. I also enjoy reading the political section in Rolling Stone.

Hey! I always make it a point to go in and "check people out" before accepting friend requests (to at least keep the openly hate mongering weirdos away) and I'm so glad I did! You work as an animal control officer? That must be a seriously tough job. And being gay & liberal in a small conservative town even tougher. You must be a heck of a woman.
