The NGP has the better hardware, but it'll still probably lose to the 3DS, especially if it ends up more expensive. I had the original PSP and DS, and even the former had better games, the latter won out in the very end.

Eh? The HD is believed to be clocked at around 600mhz, I've never heard anything about 800mhz. And I owned one, so do you have a link? Also the ipod touch 4 runs at approximately 800mhz since it has the same processor as the iphone 4. (It may be clocked a bit slower though)

The HD7 has been getting fairly poor reviews. (Bad camera, questionable build, low quality screen) The Samsung models appear to be the only reasonable Windows Phones.
