I think there are more but they didn't fought a battle there. There is Fredericksburg, Harrisburg, Pittsburg, Harrissonburg and many more. I guess the people who live their just call themselves Burgers ;)

Think I'm gonna stop watching the rest, cuz it's depressing. I'm gonna look for another serie that I once saw when I was little, Shogun :)
