WHAT ARE THE CHANNEL RULES?

HOW DO I CREATE A MINECRAFT SERVER?

It's quite easy actually.
1: Download the minecraft_server.exe and minecraft.exe from Minecrafts homepage.
2: Download a program called Hamachi, which you and your friend will have to use. Hamachi creates a viritual LAN over the internet, so you can find each others servers, as though you were on the same local network.
3: Create and connect to the same network on Hamachi.
4: Launch minecraft_server.exe (only the one that hosts the server needs to do this).
5: Launch minecraft.exe, click multiplayer, and type in the IP address the server-host has in Hamachi. The same goes for your friend.
6: Have fun playing, and don't forget to write "OP playername" in the minecraft_server.exe window to give that player building rights.

CAN YOU USE THIS MOD IN MINECRAFT?

As it is now, we avoid using any mods. We might do it in the future, but not for now. The main reason being that we play a lot of Minecraft. That means we make videos of the newest additions to the game, such as lapis lazuli etc. That way we show how the game is "vanilla", so that everyone can know how the game acts without any mods.

HOW DO YOU RECORD THE GAMES?

I use a simple, yet good (most of the time) recording program called Fraps. You can get it at fraps.com. I set my settings to record at 30 fps (not locked). Full size. Don't bother with 60 fps; it's more demanding on the computer, and youtube can only show 30 fps either way. For editing I use Cyberlink PowerDirector or Sony Vegas Pro.

DO YOU WANT TO PLAY WITH US ON OUR SERVER?

We have something called a Minecraft World Tour going on now. That means you can send in a description of you server to one of us, and if we deem your world to be the most exciting one to visit, we will!

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE PEOPLE WANT TO WATCH MY LP?

*Be yourself! Don't try to be someone else.
*Have good video and audio quality. Get a good mic, and know how to record properly with Fraps or something similar like Camtasia.
*Make sure it doesn't lag on the recording. It can be really frustrating to watch.
*Play games YOU want to play. Playing games that you think people want to watch, even though you think they are boring will make the LP boring as well!
