yoga/Contortion and many other things! Ive been contorting for years i take it long term so im able to do it for bout 30 more years! i did have a set back so may not be as good as i could be now, i also enjoy dancing to music etc and rhythmic gymnastics, will keep putting on videos of my progress aswell so you guys can be encouraged to see how easy it may be by just doing it day by day.
