Kristopher Lamont is a Detroit, Michigan native, who is ready to have his voice heard in the Indie scene circles and beyond. Laced with a voice oozing range and a sound ready for the adult contemporary ear, Kristopher Lamont will get through to your soul. To grow up in Detroit, the home of one of the most successful record companies in history, leaves an inedible mark on your soul. This history courted with the prevalence of music in his household and surroundings, were definite catalysts on embarking on a musical career.

A chance meeting with the phenomenal Rachelle Ferrell gave Kristopher a spotlight he couldn't resist -- being plucked from the audience to sing background vocals for the incomparable jazz singer. A novice at the time, he was truly changed by the experience. Kristopher was sent along his path with praise and support from Rachelle, and it remains one of the catalysts that was instrumental in Kristopher's path and direction today.

Presently, Kristopher is in the studio working on his debut album with record producer Keith "Bubby" Webb. His first single "Change" will be ready for aural consumption soon.
