Kris Letang was born on April 24, 1987 in Montreal Quebec. He plays defence for the Pittsburgh Penguins NHL hockey team, otherwise known as "Tanger". He scored his first NHL goal against the New York Islanders. Letang scored his first NHL playoff goal against the Washington Capitals on May 6, 2009 game 3 in overtime! Letang won the Stanley Cup with the Pens June 12, 2009 after getting revenge at Joe Louis Arena against the Detroit Red Wings
